Heamorroid represents dilatable varice the venose plexus from
individual mucosity, anorexia, in two portions: superior or intern or inferior
or external.
From this viewpoint the hemoroid split in:
- The internal
hemoroid is developed from the rectal superior plexus,
- The externall
hemoroid is developed from the rectal inferior plexus
Simple veins from the anorectal mucous don't confounded with the notion
of hemoroids only when it appears a clinical suffering. The conditions that
define hemoroids are devizide in three components which can be gathered together
or separate:
- Abnormal prolapse of the mucous membrane
- Dilated venose
in the sub-mucous plexus
- Protuberances of the anal border orifice
The treatment is complex imbibition the laser and scleroterapie the
application of elastic ligatir with the classic surgical methods. The surgical
treatment represents the correct radical solution in case of the pacients
with hemoroids whereon the conservative traditional methods and the indication
of surgical treatment is enforced.
The operation is effectuated in conditions of ambulatory among three basic
variants, they are:
1. Connection of the hemoroid parcels
2.
Hemoroidectomy sub mucous
3. Closed hemoroidectomy choosing it for the
last.
